“You can drive?”
Tsubasa’s surprise takes Kiria aback. Sure, Kiria doesn’t drive at all in Tokyo when the trains are much more convenient, but it’s not that strange for someone at her age to be able to drive, right? And it’s not like it’s difficult to learn. But perhaps for a big city girl like Tsubasa it seems unusual.
“Yeah. They wanted a scene of me driving in one of my PVs and I thought, maybe this is a good time to learn. I don’t get to do it much, though.”
Tsubasa nods but then a few moments later her jaw goes slack. “Wow.”
Kiria is no longer surprised when Tsubasa does this. It took a little while to get used to how Tsubasa operated when it came to “Kiria facts”. The normal Tsubasa reaction and the fangirl Tsubasa reaction sometimes come out as two different reactions with a slight time delay. Although this stillness is a little unnerving.
“Are you alright, Tsubasa?” Kiria calls out, lightly tapping the side of Tsubasa’s head.
This jolts Tsubasa back into reality. She shakes herself a little before moving her mouth once more. “I remember that PV was so cool but to think that was actually you! Oh my god!” She lets out a big sigh. “I’m gonna faint.”
She’s going to… “Tsubasa?” Kiria sighs as she catches the sagging Tsubasa. “Don’t tell me you actually…”
She hears Tsubasa giggle as Tsubasa steadies herself. “You’re really so cool, Kiria. I wanna…”
The rest of Tsubasa’s words are muffled against the material of Kiria’s shirt. Kiria sighs once more. “At least finish your sentences properly,” she scolds, although the words carry no heat.
“Mmhmm…” Tsubasa mumbles. “I love you Kiria.”
Kiria can’t help but smile in response to that. “I love you too, Tsubasa.”
