Asuka is panting, exhausted from another run using her Omega powers. Even with the Morimiya incidents wrapped up, Asuka is training. She wants to get even stronger. She wants to protect her homes here and all around the world, for there will always be threats, as long as humans live. As long as Greeds exist…
She sees a flash of lilac, a color reminiscent of her favorite person. She assumes it is an illusion because Mitsuki is supposed to still be cooped up in her office, but then she feels a hand gently land on her arm.
Mitsuki… is actually here. And she’s taken out a potion which causes Asuka to shake her head.
“I can take care of…”
“I want to treat you,” Mitsuki insists. She uncaps the bottle and tilts it towards Asuka’s mouth.
“…Alright.”
Asuka opens her mouth obediently, allowing the potion to work its magic and recover her energy. Really it is a waste since Asuka won’t do any more training today, but she doesn’t have the energy to argue with Mitsuki. And she does feel better after drinking it, so…
“Sorry, Mitsuki.” If Asuka was stronger, this wouldn’t be needed at all.
Mitsuki chuckles. “What else should I do with all these bottles anyway? Let me use them on you.”
Asuka rolls her eyes. Having the Hokuto princess as her partner is sometimes... But that just means Asuka needs to keep up her work, so she can properly protect her princess if that time comes…
