The words Nerine hears while making her way to the bedroom makes her wonder if Yuzuriha is in the bedroom playing around, acting out some scene from a movie or play or something. Nerine does not intentionally try to sneak up on Yuzuriha, but because Yuzuriha is so absorbed in her hairstyling, Nerine surprises Yuzuriha anyway, causing Yuzuriha to yelp.
"Why are you so cute?" Nerine can't help saying the first thought that popped up in her mind. Both the sight of Yuzuriha playing with her hairstyles in front of the mirror and the yelp sound she made qualify.
"Me?" Yuzuriha looks truly taken aback by Nerine's comment.
Nerine smiles and pokes Yuzuriha lightly on the arm. "Yes, you."
Yuzuriha bites her lip. "I think the last person to call me cute was my mother…"
"Yuzuriha…" That could be true, because Yuzuriha still thinks being "cute" with her looks makes people uncomfortable. Well, they are wrong.
"I like it, though, coming from you." Yuzuriha smiles finally. "Thanks, Neri."
That's because you only show that side to me, Neri thinks to herself as she goes for a quick kiss to Yuzuriha's cheek. The extra pink the kiss gives to Yuzuriha's cheeks makes her even cuter…
